Your Namibia-Botswana Journey

Your journey starts and ends in Windhoek, Namibia, where you pick up your 4×4 rental car and return it after three weeks without paying a one-way fee. In between, the route takes you on a journey of extremes between desert and water.

The sandy Namib Desert awaits you with Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei, the rocky and rugged Damaraland with its magical beauty and the Etosha National Park with its eternal salt pan and safaris. Your route takes you off the beaten track into the scenery of the Spitzkoppe, the Palmwag Concession and the transition to the Kaokoveld, from where you enter the untouched west of Etosha.

Finally you reach the Caprivi Strip, where the scenery changes completely thanks to the Okavango River. Here you will encounter a particularly impressive different world. For the grand finale, you drive the unknown route along the Okavango Pan Handle and spend two days on safari on a houseboat in the famous Okavango Delta. Finally, it’s back to Namibia through the endless Kalahari.

Your Itinerary

Your journey begins at Windhoek airport, where our representative will greet you and assist you with all the important things, including picking up your rental car. Afterwards you will drive into town to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure to arrive relaxed in Africa and explore the centre of Namibia's small capital.
