We will set up your profile individually and link it to your African journey, in case you have already received an offer, otherwise, we gladly design your tailor-made offer for you whenever you are ready to plan your trip.

YOUR WAY TO AN

individual trip

1. contact us for a personal offer: tell us about your travel wishes, we will advise you and put together your individual offer.

2. you will receive your offer in our Africa Travel App, including detailed itinerary, accommodation, activities and much more. We will send you the login data with the offer (separate logins per person possible).

3. let us adjust the offer until it corresponds exactly to your wishes. Simply tell us what you want to change – conveniently by phone, email or WhatsApp.

4. book your trip simply by clicking on our Africa-TravelApp, or by sending us a message via email or WhatsApp.

5. you will receive your booking confirmation and invoice in our app and by email/pdf including our Africa travel booklet “Insights” and our travel insurance certificate.

6. only now a deposit of 20% is due, the balance will be paid 40 days before the start of the trip.

7. now the journey can start soon: You will receive the travel documents belonging to the booking confirmation incl. voucher and tickets, so much more background information, recommendations and insider tips.

8. the journey begins – and Sinclair’s Africa is always available for you before and during the trip via App and WhatsApp as well as personally with its office on site.
